I entered the mortgage industry in 2002 after working in the technology industry for many years with companies like AT&T, broadcast.com, & Yahoo!. Based on my interest in real estate, mortgage lending was a natural fit. I help individuals with both residential, private and commercial financing whether it’s to purchase, refinance or build. I have learned how to navigate the ups and downs of the business and my success is based on honesty, transparency, hard work and surrounding myself with a strong team. I am an expert in all real estate financing types which helps me differentiate myself in a very transactional and interest rate-focused industry. My business is 100% referral based which comes from clients and referral partners such as Financial Planners, Investors, CPA’s, Attorneys, Builders and Realtors. Finding the best financing terms, providing an exceptional experience and leaving people better off based on them choosing to do business with me is what drives me. On a personal note, I grew up in Bellevue (Bridle Trails), attended Eastside Catholic (88′), then graduated from the University of Washington (92′). I married my amazing wife in 2000 who graduated from WSU so I am a fan of the Cougars when they are not playing the Huskies! I have a son at Mt. Si high school and a daughter at Boise State. We live on a farm in North Bend and have 20+ animals to take care.
